imajing will take part to the Transportation Research Board (TRB) annual meeting in January 2019 ! Our team will be waiting for you on booth 448 to present our complete mobile-mapping toolchain .
Last Friday, the imajing team boarded on one ESV train for a (very) early morning excursion with the french railway manager SNCF Réseau technicians for an imajbox® 3T railway test ! Installed at the front and back of the 3 railway geometry control trains, imajbox® technology collects geo-referenced, oriented and calibrated images, allowing continuous inspection and up-to-date infrastructure imagery of the French rail network. Thus, since end of 2016, up to 18,000 km of images are collected every month. And even if the sun took a long time to raise, the surveys delivered by the imajbox® 3 are very promising.
We are pleased to announce our new partnership with SKY-SHINE Corporation. The company is a strong actor of the geospatial industry in Malaysia, specialized in providing GIS, mobile mapping and surveying. Last days, our team was in Kuala Lumpur for an intensive training with imajing solutions.

Hurricane Maria has literally devasted Porto Rico island in November 2017 with huge consequences on human lives, habitations and infrastructures. JC & Associates, a local engineering company, equipped with imajing mobile mapping technology since 2015 (imajbox® twin S cameras and imajview® GIS software), will support Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority (PRHTA) in the realization of its disaster recovery plan. Their skills with imajing technology is a key factor in this project where the entire main road network will be surveyed to globally assess the damages, compare with existing data to define priorities for interventions and estimate the associated cost. Once again, imajing compact end-to-end mobile mapping system is perfectly suited to the need of having a rapid and efficient solution to address this large-scale project.
